About the Role

We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee the customer and administrative functions within our Pressure Sewer team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, exceptional stakeholder networking abilities, and strong negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a new customer-focused team, providing technical support, and setting sales targets. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and develop processes to improve work procedures and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other teams and contractors.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Train and provide technical support to the team.
  • Set sales targets and ensure they are met.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve work procedures and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on managing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder networking abilities coupled with strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience with achieving results through planning and activity in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in developing & delivering budgeted sales, forecasting sales growth, and preparing financial sales reports.
  • Strong analytical and computer proficiency, encompassing skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in handling and resolving escalations.
  • Ability to analyse and develop ways of improving work procedures and processes.
