Digital Content Specialist

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers within a school, maximizing content sales, and increasing student and staff usage of digital reading apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth in assigned territory based on set targets.
  • Be knowledgeable on all relevant products, services, capabilities, and processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners for sales opportunities, questions, concerns, and requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the territory team.
  • Regularly travel to key accounts to hold partner meetings and attend trade shows and other on-site events.
  • Participate in meetings with leadership to present progress toward goals and collaborate on sales strategies.
  • Develop understanding of the K-12 market.
  • Maintain data of partner information into Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 3+ years' of consultative sales experience, or K-12 education experience.
  • Confident, proactive, and energetic; professional and team-oriented sales approach.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-group relationships.
  • Team player.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
