Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive marketing professional to support our marketing activities on a flexible part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on skills in digital marketing and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain engaging content for newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns to drive results and foster brand awareness.
- Plan, set up, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
- Analyze campaign outcomes using data insights to inform future initiatives and optimize marketing strategies.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing solutions that meet business objectives.
- Identify and propose internal and external ideas to promote brand visibility and growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field such as communications or public relations.
- 2-3 years' experience in marketing and brand management preferably in the textile industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
