We are seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end quality audits across human services sector in Queensland.

This role involves planning, leading and executing audits in line with relevant standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in audit team leadership and mentoring.

The key responsibilities include conducting audits in metropolitan, regional and remote locations, facilitating meetings and communicating findings clearly to clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing accurate reports and ensuring all non-conformities are well documented.

In addition to the above, the candidate will be required to maintain professional and impartial communication with stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and stay up to date with relevant standards and legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a certificate of completion in HSQF Auditor Awareness Training (AAT), Domestic and Family Violence training, as well as in-depth knowledge of HSQF Version 11.0 and Certification User Guide Version 10.0.

Other requirements include minimum 3 years' experience conducting HSQF audits, strong report writing and analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and mentor others.

The successful candidate will be highly regarded for their expertise in audit methodology, ability to contribute to internal training or audit methodology improvements, and familiarity with digital audit platforms and remote auditing tools.
