Lead Auditor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF) audits across metropolitan, regional, and remote locations in Queensland. This role involves planning, executing, and ensuring high-quality delivery of HSQF certification and surveillance audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits: scoping, planning, risk assessment, and team coordination
  • Conduct audits in line with HSQF and relevant procedures
  • Facilitate opening and closing meetings and communicate findings clearly to clients
  • Prepare accurate, evidence-based reports and ensure all non-conformities are well documented
  • Mentor audit team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Maintain professional, impartial, and culturally sensitive communication with stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and team capability
Requirements
  • Certificate of completion – HSQF Auditor Awareness Training (AAT)
  • Certificate of completion – Domestic and Family Violence training
  • In-depth knowledge of HSQF Version 11.0 and Certification User Guide Version 10.0
  • Minimum 3 years' experience conducting HSQF audits
  • Strong report writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and mentor others
  • Understanding of confidentiality, impartiality, and conflict of interest obligations
