About the Role:

JPS Audit Specialists is seeking an experienced Lead Auditor to conduct Human Services Quality Framework (HSQF) certification and surveillance audits across metropolitan, regional, and remote locations in Queensland.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan, lead, and execute HSQF certification and surveillance audits">
  • Evaluate compliance with HSQF standards and support continuous improvement">
  • Maintain professional, impartial, and culturally sensitive communication with stakeholders">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Certificate of completion - HSQF Auditor Awareness Training (AAT)">
  • Certificate of completion - Domestic and Family Violence training (QGSA module)">
  • In-depth knowledge of HSQF Version 11.0 and Certification User Guide Version 10.0">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience conducting HSQF audits">
  • Strong report writing, communication, and analytical skills">
