About This Opportunity:

You will manage the end-to-end performance of key digital and technology vendors to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and commercial obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract variations, amendments, and interpretations for complex digital agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify and resolve commercial issues using data and metrics.
  • Forecast product requirements to support timely supplier delivery.
  • Develop performance improvement plans for underperforming suppliers.
  • Create cost, benefit, and risk models to support negotiations and strategic planning.
  • Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies to optimise long-term value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Law, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in commercial and supplier relationship management within the IT/Digital sector.
  • Proven track record managing large vendors and complex contractual agreements.
  • Experience enhancing and maintaining Supplier Management Frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of digital market trends and commercial models.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
