About The Role
Vendor and Risk Governance Manager will steer both vendor and risk operations within the Technology domain, combining vendor relationship management with the implementation and oversight of risk controls. This hybrid role is tailored for a seasoned professional experienced in vendor or relationship management and operational risk control.

The role involves both Vendor Management and Risk Governance activities to support Endeavour's strategy and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Vendor Management
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with technology vendors and service providers.
Manage vendor relationships at the service delivery level, ensuring efficient third-party management processes.
Establish regular cadences with key technology vendors and build a framework to manage vendor performance, ensuring service delivery, reporting, problems/incidents, and disputes are addressed in line with SLAs.
Proactively drive and manage vendor SLAs and provide reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with leadership to segment technology vendors and define a strategic approach to vendor management.
Identify vendor-focused improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies.
Lead dispute resolution with vendors and ensure root cause analysis is completed.
Facilitate benchmarking and audit processes of vendors.
Risk Management
Develop and update Technology and Cyber Risk Profiles.
Oversee risk management activities and provide key reporting.
Define Issue and Incident Management processes.
Establish Technology control library and risk matrix.
Develop annual control assurance plan.
Develop Line 1 Tech risk reporting including board risk reporting (KRIs, risk causes, actions).
What do we need from you

Proven experience in managing vendor performance for a large enterprise.
Solid understanding of technology contracts and managed service agreements.
Strong relationship management skills with a focus on value creation and dispute resolution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
Ability to show initiative, flexibility and innovative thinking.
Ability to work as an effective team member within a complex and fast-paced environment.
Experience working with service partners, suppliers, system integrators, etc.
Eye for detail and ability to quickly understand requirements.
Experience working in a Digital environment.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to relate solutions to customer problems and outcomes.
Experience in retail, manufacturing or hospitality environments is desired.
Leadership and behaviours

Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills with the ability to navigate problems to solutions.
