
Administrative Team Lead

Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our administrative team and oversee the delivery of critical services in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Lead a team of professionals to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery, setting clear goals and expectations, managing performance, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the school and university, promoting collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on relevant policies, processes, and procedures to staff, students, and clinicians.
- Manage key operational aspects of local program delivery, including recruitment, budget management, space allocation, infrastructure maintenance, safety, and compliance.
- Actively participate in working groups, forums, and other activities that contribute to the successful deployment of programs at a statewide level.
