Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely allocation of referrals to appropriate staff members, maintaining efficient workflow.
- Provide regular reporting to the Regional Manager on staff performance and service quality, informing strategic decisions.
- Manage customer complaints and challenging situations effectively, upholding the organization's values.
Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Allied Health or health-related degree, demonstrating academic excellence.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting older people and carers living with dementia, showcasing empathy and understanding.
- Ability to manage and support a team of skilled professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration.
- Strong planning and organizing skills, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
- Good customer management skills, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Strong administrative and computer skills, proficient in relevant software applications.
Desirable:
- Eligibility for registration as a Health Practitioner in Australia, enhancing professional credibility.
