We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Manager-After Hours to provide administration and bed management for a hospital.
- Provide administration and bed management for the hospital

- Promote and maintain clinical standards of quality care
The job involves working in a team environment, providing administrative support and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
A key aspect of this role is to promote and maintain clinical standards of quality care, demonstrating leadership and role modelling skills. This includes working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the effective delivery of patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will also need to have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Additionally, you will need to have a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to work with patients and staff from diverse backgrounds.
