We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the future of our global truck programs. As a Global Truck Program Operations and Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational excellence of our commercially vital programs.
This senior position requires a visionary leader who can inspire and lead a dedicated team across multiple functions and time zones. You will be responsible for orchestrating the evolution of our global truck programs, driving cost and waste strategies, simplifying day-to-day processes for peak efficiency, and ensuring the flawless accelerated delivery of critical program milestones.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale complex global programs from conception through launch and lifecycle management. They will possess deep expertise in process optimization, operational efficiency, and driving significant cost and waste reduction initiatives. Additionally, they will have excellent analytical skills, comprehensive financial expertise, and experience in business development and identifying new opportunities within a vehicle line or product segment.
About the Role- Serve as the lead for Core Program Management and Global Product Development Systems (GPDS) for the T6 platform.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative tools and processes, including unique solutions for the T6 program.
- Drive the transformation of how programs are tracked and delivered, including the strategic deployment of AI technologies.
- Operational Governance and Efficiency Transformation: Ensure streamlined processes for the T6 Hub.
- Program Management Metrics: Establish, track, and report on key metrics to monitor program performance against corporate targets.
- T6 Meeting Cadences: Manage critical meetings, including Product, Quality, and Cost Gemba sessions.
- Financial Stewardship: Drive business operations and vehicle line strategies, including new business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Must be a Registered Professional Engineer of Victoria (RPEV) or demonstrate a clear willingness and eligibility to obtain RPEV registration.
