We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to lead our lifestyle activities and programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide coaching, supervision and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered.

About the Role
  • Develop, plan and implement activities and programs that cater to residents' social, psychological, recreational, cultural and spiritual needs.
  • Conduct resident assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each resident's preferences and needs.
  • Plan and deliver innovative events and activities for residents and their families, while promoting community involvement.

You will work in collaboration with residents, family members, volunteers and the wider community to create an engaging and supportive environment.

Requirements
  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent coaching and training skills are necessary, with a passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • The ability to work in a safe manner, adhering to policies and procedures to protect yourself, colleagues and residents is crucial.
