Job Opportunity

The primary objective of this role is to lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across various channels, fostering a best-in-class customer experience.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategy into action, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a 360-degree approach to the consumer journey, leveraging digital, PR, social media, partnerships, point-of-sale, and localization strategies.
  • Promote digital growth by optimizing our marketing mix, increasing traffic to e-commerce platforms across multiple channels.
  • Lead the development of impactful POSM and optimize local digital assets to enhance retail/etail visibility and brand awareness.
  • Manage overall marketing insights, reporting, and tools, including KPI setup and ROI analysis, to ensure successful measurement and derive actionable insights.

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in product marketing or brand management, exhibit strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and experience managing budgets.

They should also be able to analyze sales trends at SKU level, utilize data-driven decision-making, and demonstrate a positive attitude with impeccable integrity.
