Marketing Leader for Growth

We seek a Marketing Manager to lead high-impact programs that drive product utilization, customer retention, and long-term value. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our marketing efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end delivery of utilization and loyalty programs from strategy development to execution and performance measurement.
  • Translate global innovation into local market adoption, ensuring our solutions are fully integrated into clinical and business practices.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including financial analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and customer needs.
  • Coach and mentor peers across the marketing function, fostering capability development and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously improve program performance through data-driven insights and customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in marketing, customer programs, or commercial strategy, ideally in healthcare, animal health, or related industries.
  • Experience designing and scaling loyalty or utilization programs that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Advanced project and program management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to assess ROI and drive sustainable business impact.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across matrixed environments.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (postgraduate qualifications preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital marketing tools.
