**About the role**

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the purpose of this role is to support the delivery and optimisation of key activities to drive growth. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive who can bring expertise, a creative mind, and a can-do attitude to the team. We are really looking for someone with FinTech or Financial Services experience.

**Duties**

Overall, the responsibility of the Marketing Executive is to monitor and enhance offers and processes to maximise sales conversion, marketing efficiency and customer experience. You will be asked to:

- Support the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Work with media and creative agencies to deliver acquisition, growth and retention campaigns
- Ensure all marketing is within agreed budgets, time frames and meets legal and compliance requirements
- Build and manage effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and strategic partners
- Support the timely and accurate tracking, analysis, reporting and optimisation of the marketing campaigns performance

**Skills & Experience**
- Marketing in B2B and B2C environments
- Relevant experience in communications, digital marketing, social media and EDM's
- Creating and executing end to end campaigns
- Experience in FinTech or Financial Services marketing preferred.
