This role will be instrumental in ensuring the continued success of our business. You'll work closely with our Melbourne Operations Manager to manage technicians, prioritise tasks based on multiple factors including deadlines and client KPIs. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to provide clear updates will ensure seamless customer interactions.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Generating quotations - Analyse defects raised by in-field technicians and create accurate quotes for rectification works to portable fire equipment, exit and emergency lighting, fire doors and passive systems.
  • Mobilising jobs - Raise jobs for approved quotes or ad-hoc works, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Managing technicians - Prioritise tasks based on deadlines and client expectations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Parts and logistics - Coordinate the procurement and allocation of necessary parts and equipment for the service team.
  • Customer communication - Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding scheduling and updates, providing professional and clear communication at all times.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic computer skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation purposes.
  • Operational and safety skills - Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
