  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, typing, scanning, and room preparation.
  • Liaising with Employers and Facilitators: Build and maintain relationships with employers and facilitators, fostering collaborative working arrangements.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team culture, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues in achieving organisational goals.
Selection Criteria:
  • Previous experience in administering training qualifications and programs, with a strong understanding of RTO Standards 2015 and state government guidelines.
  • AQF, RTO National Code, and compliance requirements knowledge, with the ability to apply this expertise effectively.
  • Experience with student management systems and computer literacy, enabling efficient data entry and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of training package requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
  • Understanding of government funding policies and procedures for RTOs, ensuring compliance and effective resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of job performance.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
  • Recent experience in the Construction Industry, Rail Industry, or High-Risk Work Licences, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in Moodle (or similar LMS) operation, with the ability to effectively utilise learning management systems.
  • Knowledge of Smart and Skilled Subsidised Training, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
  • Exposure to Traineeship and Apprenticeship Programs, with a strong understanding of their structure and application.
