  • Proactively track cargo movement and inform clients of status updates.
  • Ensure timely freight movement both domestically and internationally.
  • Advise operators on efficient cargo handling methods.
  • Assist colleagues in liaising with overseas offices.
  • Resolve internal and external complaints effectively.
  • Manage team members, including leave planning, performance evaluations, and KPI setting.
  • Cover jobs during staff absences and offer assistance as needed.
  • Maintain reports and attend meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Writing: Collaborate with the Business Development team to create compelling tenders that showcase our capabilities.
  • Cargo Management: Ensure seamless cargo movement, from pick-up to delivery, while maintaining open communication with clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support team members in their roles, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
