Holistic Support for Customers
  • Foster long-term customer relationships through holistic support
  • Process customer inquiries and prepare tailored offers
  • Oversee order processing from acceptance to completion
  • Maintain customer data and create reports for service analysis and optimisation
  • Collaborate closely with operational departments, sales, and carriers
  • Expand existing customer portfolios and develop new business opportunities
Requirements for Success
  • Deliver high levels of service quality by collaborating with stakeholders and managing air logistics
  • Drive sales activities, ensuring best-in-class customer onboarding
  • Focus on continuous process improvement, ensuring complete and correct customer contact data
  • Manage interfaces and information exchange with teams and stakeholders for effective shipment management
  • Prioritise customer complaint management, ensuring consistent delivery against the customer promise
  • Collaborate with the Operational Care Center and Revenue Care Center to optimise the customer experience
  • Ensure delivery against all financial targets and strategic objectives
