Lead Radiology Team in Southern Region

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our radiology team in the southern region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology and excellent leadership skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction, support, and recognition to team members.
  • Promote collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork through effective leadership strategies.
  • Identify and support professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Supervise and support less experienced staff members and trainees.
  • Proactively assess bookings and workflows.
  • Be the designated point of contact for radiology equipment in clinic.
  • Stay informed of the latest innovative imaging techniques within radiology.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and implementation.
  • Assist with technical administration functions of the modality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate passion for leadership and inspiring others.
  • High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ASAR membership and Professional Indemnity Insurance (ASA or ASUM).
