We are currently seeking an Employment Region Manager: Transition to Work, who will play a key role in driving the success of our operational strategies across site locations in Adelaide South. Working closely with the National Operations Manager, you will lead and empower a team of dedicated professionals in youth and employment services, ensuring service excellence and meeting contractual and commercial performance standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage teams at 2 locations to deliver exceptional service delivery quality for youth Participants from diverse backgrounds

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support youth education and employment outcomes

Identify and drive continuous improvement strategies to maximise performance and compliance with Government contract and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with a broad range of key stakeholders, building strong relationships to facilitate youth Participant opportunities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in leading successful teams within the youth or employment services industries in a multi-location environment

Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to enhance youth social and employment outcomes

A thorough understanding of working within government contracts and compliance frameworks

A commitment to delivering impactful, high-quality services to young Participants from diverse backgrounds

A proven track record of driving results and achieving performance targets

Extensive experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams to achieve their professional best

A results driven, can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances to support ongoing contractual success
