Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Announcer to join our Workday show on a leading Australian radio network. As an Announcer, you will deliver compelling and well-targeted content to a large and dedicated audience.

You will work closely with the Content Director to ensure the station's strategic objectives are achieved through excellent local communication, effective tactical planning/execution, and on-air work that stands out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and relevant content to our listeners
  • Maintain a constant flow of creative ideas and integrate them into the station's shows daily
  • Work closely with the Content Director to achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain a distinctive on-air presence that appeals to our listeners

Requirements:

  • Passion for pop culture and entertainment
  • Commercial radio music scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of Zetta & G Selector
  • Understanding of broadcasting standards
  • Proficiency in driving the panel and being proactive in all facets of your role
