Care Worker Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older Australians? Do you enjoy helping people with everyday activities?

This permanent part-time (up to 30 hours per fortnight) Care Worker role involves assisting clients with tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport.

You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Provide complex care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate IV in aged care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a care or support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
