We are seeking a dedicated and energetic professional to fill the role of Maintenance Officer. This position primarily focuses on gardening and grounds maintenance, ensuring that our beautiful surroundings are well-maintained and safe for residents.

The successful candidate will provide quality property support and maintenance services under limited supervision, in line with our organization's values.

This is a Full Time role, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grounds maintenance including mowing, edging spraying and maintenance of all units front yards.
  • Perform general maintenance of buildings, plant, equipment, and surrounding grounds.
  • Deliver maintenance services in a manner consistent with our organization's values.
  • Liaise with contractors, tradespersons, suppliers, and volunteers.
  • Manage work orders through the computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy and patience with seniors.
