Store Assistant

The Store Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient running of the Materials Department. Key responsibilities include assisting the Materials Manager with daily deliveries, checking incoming products, receiving stock, matching delivery dockets with purchase orders, and conducting accurate stocktaking.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Purchasing/Receiving/Store management is highly desirable
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for this role
  • Experience with food and beverage inventory is advantageous
  • Flexibility during busy periods is required
