Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to play a key role in the Art Store’s retail cycle.

This role involves providing coordination support and daily supervision to a team of Art Store Supervisors and Clerks, as well as collaborating with the Logistics Officer.

You will oversee team management, recruitment, on-boarding and training of new team members in the end-to-end workflow of the Art Store.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the retail service delivery operation to ensure the Art Store experience is welcoming and enjoyable for visitors.
  • Setting and monitoring performance targets on a day-to-day basis to drive business success.
  • Maintaining a store that is always appropriately stocked and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Oversee the management, recruitment, on-boarding and training of new team members to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Retail Service Delivery: Ensure the Art Store experience meets or exceeds visitor expectations through excellent customer service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor performance targets to drive business growth and success.
