Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Enrolments Officer. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing enrolments, fees, and childcare subsidies.

You will work closely with Centre Managers to provide exceptional service to families, process enrolment bookings, payments, and answer queries. Your strong communication skills and ability to inspire positive relationships with families will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
  • Process enrolment bookings, payments, and answer queries
  • Enter customer information into our database and enrol children
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families
  • Deliver high-quality service that meets expectations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check
  • A thorough working knowledge of Children's Services Regulation
  • The ability to inspire and motivate positive relationships with families
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
