Scribbles and Giggles childcare Centre Head office is seeking a passionate Enrolment officer to join our head office team and assist with providing positive and interactive experience to new families who are interested to enroll at any of our 6 locations.
**Responsibilities**:
- timely communication with incoming enquiries
- providing potential new families with information about the services and facilitating the enrolment process
- communication and collaboration with center managers to ensure positive and effective customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Certificate 3 or diploma in early childhood education
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Fluent in English
- knowledge of Microsoft office
**Benefits**:

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
