The Opportunity:
As a Beauty Advisor, you will inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
You will work across all departments from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
Our training program includes initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.
Key responsibilities include creating an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs, observing new products and the latest beauty trends and techniques, helping customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program, expanding your knowledge of iconic brands to share with and learn from colleagues, participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions, sharing knowledge with team members and Sephora customers, and having previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
