Customer Service Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

This role involves serving as a point of contact for clients with queries about products, orders & deliveries, and providing support for internal sales representatives.

  • Support the sales force with general administrative duties to help reach team objectives
  • Keep accurate client and job records
  • Data entry and database maintenance
  • Relationship management with customers and suppliers
  • Maintain internal team relationships
  • Order management: maintaining accurate delivery dates and stock allocations
  • Liaise with internal divisions to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Problem-solve on-site issues and achieve timely resolutions
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the sales team to drive business results
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Database Maintenance: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information within our databases to inform business decisions
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes
