Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth. As the first point of contact for customers, you will provide information and guidance throughout the medical assessment process.

  • Confirm customer documentation is completed to requirements and process forms
  • Explain examination requirements and key elements of the visa medical examination process
