Job Title: Business Intelligence Leader

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our data strategy and reporting initiatives. This role will be based anywhere in Australia.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that enhances risk management and compliance capabilities across the region.
  • Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret risk and compliance data, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools that effectively communicate key risk and compliance indicators to various stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University-level qualifications in information technology, data science, computer science, or equivalent.
  • Experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal areas, particularly within a regulated financial services environment in Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence practices, and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and boards.
