Role Summary:
The Tasmanian Government is seeking a highly skilled Property Consultant to join the Accommodation Services team within the Department of Health's Infrastructure Services division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of property services for the Department of Health by ensuring the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of real estate aligns with Government requirements and meets client needs.
- Support the development and implementation of contemporary property practices and procedures in a Government context for the Agency.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management and Programming and Delivery branches to achieve the team's objectives.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry qualifications and experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Government requirements and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight. The successful applicant will be required to work closely with the team to achieve the Department's objectives.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is $104,756 - $118,730 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation contribution.
Selection Criteria:
- Relevant industry qualifications and experience.
- Strong understanding of Government requirements and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
