About the Role

Elders Rural is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of our clients.

Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential in ensuring the success of this role. With the backing of our network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Provide expert advice to clients
  • Identify opportunities for new and existing clients
  • Prepare and manage budgets and business plans and report to clients
  • Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation
  • Manage capital projects on behalf of the client
  • Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities

About You

To succeed at Elders Rural, you:

  • Have previous experience in the Property Industry (desirable)
  • Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to get one soon)
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Have a customer centric focus
  • Have financial and analytical skills
  • Be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
  • Hold a current Drivers Licence
