What You'll Do
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You'll pour drinks, engage with gaming patrons, and deliver a fantastic experience to all who visit our venues.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with a great attitude, initiative, and a team player mindset. Key skills include:
- Exceptional customer service skills, preferably gained from previous experience in gaming or hospitality.
- Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, including public holidays.
- A current RSA and RCG Certificate.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can:
- Cash handle proficiently
- Have knowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures
- Understand food and beverage products and services
- Have a professional and mature attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Take initiative and be a team player
