About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Asset Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of key clients.
Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential in ensuring your success in this role. With the backing of our network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage a portfolio of commercial properties
- Provide expert advice to clients
- Identify opportunities for new and existing clients
- Prepare and manage budgets and business plans and report to clients
- Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation
- Manage capital projects on behalf of the client
- Work with our team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
About You
To succeed at Elders Rural, you will need:
- Previous experience in the property industry (desirable)
- A Property Representative Licence (or the ability to obtain one soon)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- A keen eye for detail
- To be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organised with good time management skills
- A customer-centric focus
- Financial and analytical skills
- To be smart, resourceful, forward-thinking, and embrace technology
- A current Driver's Licence
