  • Foster authentic community engagement across platforms, working closely with the customer experience team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, whether in an agency, studio, or in-house environment.
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating ability to grow channels and create high-performing content.
  • Expertise in mobile-first content creation, with a strong grasp of platform trends and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural flair for storytelling.
  • Curiosity, community focus, and a willingness to explore beyond personal algorithmic biases.
