Role Overview

This is a casual front office role with flexible shift options, providing exceptional guest experiences at every stage of the journey.

  • Deliver high-quality service to guests including check-in, arrivals, departures and throughout their stay.
  • Be an ambassador for the hotel, promoting our brand positively.
  • Interact with guests wherever possible, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Process reservations, answer enquiries, make recommendations and upsell rooms according to availability.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Check in and out guests efficiently using our PMS system.
  2. Answer and dispatch incoming calls externally and internally.
  3. Maintain knowledge of all room rates and available packages.
  4. Follow up on all guest requests and complaints.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A desire to genuinely help people and connect well with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Front office/reservation experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Success in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We value attitude over experience.
  • Excellent interactive social skills and an acute eye for detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
