Human Resources Learning & Development Specialist

This role focuses on designing and implementing training programs to enhance the capabilities of our staff.

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in workforce development, adult learning principles, and experience in L&D strategy.

You will be responsible for building tailored learning solutions that cater to the complex operational needs of our organization. Your goal will be to foster motivation, promote professional autonomy, and create mobility opportunities for our employees.

Your key accountabilities include strategy development, annual planning, budget management; learning plan creation and delivery; people development through career path and mobility; and engagement across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity to innovate with training delivery methods and prioritize learning needs in a dynamic environment.

  • We seek a candidate with qualifications in HR, Education or Business Administration.
  • Experience in L&D strategy and expertise with both L&D design and implementation preferably in a humanitarian aid sector.
  • Knowledge of training delivery methods and adult learning principles.
  • Proficient understanding of the needs of staff members and MSF experience will be highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and navigate cross-cultural, multilingual environments.
  • High level of organization, project management skills, and competency managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
