Job Title:
The Learning and Development team is responsible for ensuring all employees receive effective orientation, training, and coaching to meet or exceed performance goals.
This involves leading training initiatives, communicating standards, and providing leadership across multiple sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of minimum 6 across the region.
  • Strategically assessing, tracking, and facilitating training related programs for new and current entry level employees.
  • Developing training strategies for Critical Roles such as Yard Marshals, TDR or Learning Ambassadors.
  • Driving adherence to standard learning solutions and getting feedback from operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Working strategically with WW teams to identify innovative learning solutions to localise training programs.
  • Analysing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes with an operational excellence and lean mindset.
  • Contribute to reporting on training activities and analysing data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
  • Having the ability to be comfortable with high volume workloads and not being afraid to "roll up your sleeves" including jumping into some of our Operations roles if needed.
  • Owning Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
  • Dealing with pressure, escalations, and ambiguous scenarios.
