Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our development team as an Associate Consultant. As an Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for building and deploying web-based applications on the Appian platform to support our customers' business strategies.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop technical solutions to meet those needs. You will also collaborate with other Appian consultants to define the work that needs to be done to build out the application.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of at least one coding language and examples of times you have applied that learning. You will also need to have superior academic success and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalisation, business intelligence, and application integration
  • Utilise varied skill set and experience to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software
  • Analyse a client's business strategy, their business processes, and develop technical solutions to support their business strategy
  • Design prototypes, model business processes, and analyse requirements
  • Implement quality assurance plans, load testing and roll-out plans
Requirements:
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent background
  • Strong understanding of at least one coding language and examples of times you have applied that learning
  • Superior academic success and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid foundation of, or love for, technology
