About this role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for key hospital and pharmacy accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on local state tender activities and drive patient access through innovative partnership models.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies while reporting adverse events promptly.

A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business, science or equivalent is required. 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience in contracts, tenders or commercial management are also necessary. Expert knowledge of the Australian PBS framework, hospital tendering process and procurement networks are expected. Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement and financial literacy are essential skills for this role.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage pricing approval processes and ensure compliance with all contracts.
  • Identify, prioritize and develop business plans for strategic hospital and pharmacy accounts.
  • Work closely with procurement to maximize contract performance.
Requirements
