We are seeking an experienced project scheduler to join our IT program management office (PMO) for a large digital transformation initiative in the energy and utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • More than 4 years of project scheduling experience in large-scale digital transformation programs of work.
  • Skilled in project controls and project management techniques.
  • Hands-on experience using MS Project software.
  • Extensive experience using Agile methodology and JIRA tools.
  • Previous experience in the energy and utilities sector is highly regarded.
  • Able to meet deadlines while managing emerging priorities.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities, both self and contractors.
  • Consult with project managers to set up project schedules, tasks, assignments, and subtasks.
  • Maintenance and status reporting of portfolio and individual schedules and monitoring and reporting baseline.
  • Provide assistance to the PMO and project teams in the use of cost and scheduling tools.
