**What you will be doing**
- End to end project management from initiation and design of projects and work streams to delivery, implementation and post project monitoring
- Stakeholder engagement to define and agree on scope of each workstream, establishing workstream squads, identifying resourcing and articulating expected role, responsibilities and targeted outcomes within each stream
- Lead the streams to deliver the project to completion. This includes implementing the required change management, communications, training support
- Ensure program tracking and reporting to the Leadership Team is done timely and appropriately, escalating and managing risks an issues as required
- Identify and manage dependencies on and by internal and potentially external stakeholders.

**What you bring**:

- Demonstrated end to end project management including in complex environments - with strong governance and control experience
- Experience in transformation project including business change and versed in IT program delivery methodology
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
- Proven leadership skills
- Understanding of working with technology / software developers to deliver business solutions
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience in project management in a large complex and global environment
