Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the Defence Account Uplift Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans in collaboration with Business Operations Managers and Defence leads.
- Conduct impact analyses to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed changes.
- Create engaging training programs to support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and report on progress.
You will be a strong communicator with experience leading change initiatives within complex digital transformation programs. A strong understanding of change management methodologies is essential.
Australian Citizenship is required for this role due to the nature of the work and business.
Requirements- At least 7 years' experience leading change projects, preferably in the digital transformation space.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their practical application.
- Strong influencing skills to guide leaders through the change process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate change management plans and facilitate training programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
