Business Analyst Role

Elastomers Australia is seeking a motivated Commercial Analyst to join its dynamic team.

This role will provide analytical support and strategic recommendations to Senior Management across various business areas. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations for sales trends, pricing, capacity planning, rostering, customer reporting, and profitability analysis.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of reports and data to identify patterns and trends using predictive models and data visualisation tools.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather and analyse data related to staff rostering and service team utilisation.
  • Overseeing the performance of direct reports and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, Power BI, and/or other data analysis tools or programming languages.
  • Strong database management skills, including data cleaning and interpretation of complex datasets.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
