Executive Assistant to CEO Brunswick HQ | National Training Organisation We are hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a respected national training organisation.
This is a temporary role looking to transition swiftly to permanent based in Brunswick, VIC.
About the Role
Support the CEO with diary, travel, board meetings, and events
Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders
Handle high-level communications and planning
Occasional interstate travel (Sydney/Brisbane)
Lead with confidence and manage up when needed
Current EA is semi-retiring after 15+ years – big shoes to fill
What We're Looking For
Experienced EA with strong communication and organisation skills
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
Comfortable in a mix of blue-collar and corporate environments
Loyal, dependable, and looking for long-term stability
Work Conditions
Based in Brunswick HQ (90% of the time)
Some flexibility to work from home
Standard hours (approx.
8:30am–5:00pm)
