Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Education Technology Strategist to lead our customer success function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling CS teams in SaaS, with expertise in education or enterprise SaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement onboarding processes and tiered support aligned to contract value, school size, and customer needs
  • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and systems that scale across schools, Microsoft partners, and customer segments
  • Lead a high-performing CS team, coaching and mentoring them to achieve exceptional results
  • Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handovers, joint success planning, and identification of upsell opportunities
  • Champion the customer voice in product and partnership conversations, ensuring school needs influence roadmap and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success roles, preferably in education or enterprise SaaS
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to design clean, simple systems
  • Commercial acumen, with understanding of NRR, churn risk, adoption, and client lifetime value
  • Ability to work autonomously, with trust and ownership of a function that will shape the success of our platform
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the education lifecycle and school operations
