We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Holiday Home Manager in the western suburbs of Adelaide.

Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work in a boutique holiday home agency that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standard of our holiday homes, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive relationship with property owners.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Room and Key Checks: Conduct thorough checks of our holiday homes to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance tasks, liaise with contractors and property owners, and oversee on-site meetings.
  • Stock and Linen Management: Collaborate with cleaners to maintain a fully stocked inventory of amenities, manage linen and supply orders, and prepare for guest arrivals.
  • General Cleaning: Provide support with cleaning between guest stays, mid-stay refreshes, and deep cleans to uphold our high standards.
  • Guest Management: Respond to guest correspondence and reviews via email or phone.
  • On-call Support: Handle urgent situations such as guest lockouts, emergency maintenance, or other time-sensitive issues outside of standard working hours.
Requirements
  • Reliable Vehicle: Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Availability: Be available to work weekends and outside traditional office hours.
  • Experience: Ideally have experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a customer-first mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Show attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliability: Be reliable and ready to tackle a variety of tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
